Cancellation
- Service cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.
- Once the project or service has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Mr Digital Buddy provides digital marketing, website development, consulting, and related digital services. Service details, timelines, and pricing will be communicated before confirmation.
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been initiated.
- No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.
- Refunds (if approved) will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

- Customized website or design work
- Consultation services
